“Our stay at Manoir Belle Plage was nothing short of incredible. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, comfortable, and completely taken care of. Our room was pristine, spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and incredibly spacious. Even with two queen beds and a playpen for our toddler, we had room to relax and move around. The mountain view from our window was beautiful, and the luxurious shower with a waterfall head was a daily indulgence. The room-darkening curtains were an unexpected highlight, making mid-day naps for our little one easy and peaceful. One of the most unique and lovely touches is how the hotel beautifully showcases local art throughout the halls, lobby, breakfast area, and even outside. It added so much character and charm to every corner of the property. For families, the hotel goes above and beyond—there’s a sweet little playpark onsite and a much larger community playground just a 10-minute walk away, perfect for a morning or afternoon outing. Plus, the beach is directly across the street, with boardwalk access and community picnic tables, making it easy to soak in the coastal beauty. The closeness of the boardwalk also greatly added to the accessibility and walkability (very easy to get around town with our stroller). Breakfast each morning was delicious, with fresh fruit, yogurt, pastries (the locally made croissants were divine), eggs, sausage, pancakes, potatoes, and more—something for everyone, and always fresh and satisfying. But what truly sets this place apart is the incredible staff. Every person we interacted with was kind, patient, and so helpful. They supported us as non-French speakers, entertained our toddler with genuine warmth, and helped in every way when our hands were full. And then came the moment that deserves an extra star: After discovering a screw in our tire late in the evening, with no garages open and none opening the next day (Sunday), we thought our vacation might end in a stressful delay. But the manager Héloïse and the hotel’s handyman came to our rescue, plugging and refilling the tire themselves. Their kindness and skill saved us—and the repair lasted the entire 6-hour drive home the next day! If I could give Manoir Belle Plage six stars, I would. It’s a rare gem where beautiful accommodations, family-friendly amenities, stunning surroundings, and heartwarming hospitality come together perfectly. We can’t wait to return!”

“This is a beautiful place to stay. The service was wonderful, the views from the hotel are incredible, they had great space for the dog to run around and play. The only downside I would say is they're bedding is a little rough. Good quality.Overall, I would definitely go back.”

“The hotel is an older property with charming, quirky décor accents that give it plenty of character. Our room was very clean, and although the bathroom was a bit small, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special touch was the Nespresso machine with complimentary pods, which added a nice sense of luxury. The hotel also offers several vending machines where guests can purchase soft drinks, wine, and beer. Another convenient feature worth mentioning is the washer and dryer in the basement, available for guests to use for a small fee. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. The highlight for us was the selection of delicious homemade jams. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay.”

“This hotel is a gem! The location is just amazing - you will get the best sunset and the ocean view right from your window and will enjoy the sound of the waves in the morning! The room was sweet, clean and cozy. The lighting was just right, warm and enough - and all that you can need was there as well. We were pleased to see Nespresso machine in the room - great catch - as for people like me that don't drink a regular coffee from a jar, and even a decaffeinated coffee cup was there! Our Special Thank you for that! Also, the shower was recently renovated (maybe just a couple of years ago) with a comphortable hand / head shower - European style shower that is a great decision as well. The lighting and vent in the bathroom were good, along with a white crispy bathrobs in the closet, nice smelling and clean room, small fridge, iron, safe, fan and a wine glasses - trust me, it's so essential - just to make all those little tiny things that creat your unforgettable experience and makes your time staying here - just comfy, cozy and amazing, feels like home. The service was good. The main public area, the elevator (to get to the 3rd floor where we were staying) - it's was nice and clean, smells good. They also have a cozy conference room and the gym. Great choice as well! From the design prospective - the hotel looks as a good, warm and welcoming hotel 4**** as we used to see travelling in Europe before. Thanks for this reminder experience as well! However you can hear the highway (our window was with sunset ocean view), it was not so noisy. And you can close the windows (it's a double windows, btw) any time, to make your room quite and cozy (of course you can adjust the air temperature in the room). The only thing I would like to suggest (but I suppose it was just a rare thing in this place, so I'll correct my post deleting this text below - but just to let the manager know) - as the most essential part of any journey is... yes, breakfast! We as a small family (the other visitors could agree with me!) we were travelling to this amazing area for a mountain hiking with a long and picturesque trails - please note what it's also extremely important -the first thing in the morning - perfect breatfasts! It's a huge addition that helps a lot to make a decision to come back here again. On the second day of our staying the breakfast was just that perfect: tasty and hot(!) food, not a lot of types but enough - the range on your choice: hot omelette and hot sausages, warm pancakes, good plain yogurt, pickled fruits in the glass jars, toasts to make with peanut butter or berry jams, oatmeal and cereal with additional nuts and dryed berries on your choice, orange juice, tea in the bags, regular coffee in the jar (again, huge thanks for our personal Nespresso machine in the room!) and... the ocean view in the window, of course! So yes, the breakfast was good that last day of our visit! However the first morning we were staying here, and unfortunately didn't get the hot part of the breakfast - was a rare occasion. Again, we needed a hot breakfast so much that day - where after we spent hiking nearby in the mountains. So, missing hot and protein filled part of the breakfast - that wasn't served that morning was a bit disappointing... But again, I believe it's was a rare thing for this wonderful place! (Just FYI, no Tim Horton's to find in this area - that's why the hotel breakfast was so essential and important!) Anyway, hope this long, detailed but true life experience review could help to decide for the future visitors and guests to come here - and makes their time here just unforgettable.
